I accept Paypal and credit cards via Paypal, personal checks by arrangement.
For payment with paypal , I will ship jewelry as soon as the clears (usually about 4 days). For personal checks there is a 2 week waiting process for the bank to clear the check.
Orders will be shipped within 10 days of received payment, if needed sooner let me know. If you are ordering a personalized item shipping will occur when the item has been finished. The item will be completed based on the length of time we make decisions. Sometimes we will need to agree on pictures, patterns, colors, etc... When final decisions have been made we will then discuss the length of time it will take me to send the piece out to you.
I will be shipping USPS first class mail or UPS. Let me know if you would like priority mail, insurance or delivery confirmation.

I am trying to keep my store very simple and am only offering shipping in the United States for the time being. If I get several requests to ship overseas, I will definitely consider doing so. For all you wonderful people outside the U.S., thank you for your patience and understanding on this.
For items that are not custom orders, you may return or exchange your item within 10 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied for any reason.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
For custom orders, when you agree upon the picture, or colors, or final choices, payment will be made in full and the item is yours at that time, no turning back, no returns or refunds.
